gdiplus and bitmap log, tail last 1000 lines only

Again, the program didn't actually crash, just exhibited pre-crash buggy
behavior, as follows. 
After a while it was very slow to open DictationBox. Then DictationBox  refused
to transfer text to Notepad. 

I used the program for over forty minutes. The program got buggy behavior after
about twenty minutes. Normally, it crashes shortly after behavior turns buggy.  

Could it be that using WINEDBG prevents the crash for some reason?
