I cannot confirm this specific issue.

However I have experienced a few errors at this point in the installation too.
Sometimes, I get an error telling that it couldn't load some resources. Other
times it works but the loading image is screwed up at the bottom. This only
happens about once every 10 tries, I'm not sure what is triggering it. Other
times it works correctly.

It probably isn't caused by Wine, but just in case, could someone try to run
setup repeatedly to see if it triggers the same error occasionally? Just run
the setup and if it loads, cancel and retry.

This is with wine 1.1.35.
