The FreeBSD port has a workaround, so if you installed Wine from ports or as
package, you shouldn't see this problem. The patch can be found at:
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/emulators/wine/files/patch-dlls-ntdll-virtual.c
It's similar to the "memory patch" attached to this bug above.
