The program "tex2html", evaluation can be downloaded from provided URL, will
not install. Wine's command output reads:

$ wine ./tex2word.exe

---

The error inside the installer reads:

Tex2Word installation activity:
[1] Trying destination folders... can't write to folder C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\TEXCONV\
---

A popup then appears that reads:

Can't install Tex2Word!
---

After clicking the "OK" in the pop up, the installation closes.
