Playing supreme commander spams the console with
fixme:d3d_surface:flush_to_framebuffer_drawpixels >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
GL_INVALID_OPERATION (0x502) from glDrawBuffer(myDevice->offscreenBuffer) @
surface.c / 1271

Attached is a +d3d_surface log of launching supreme commander and exiting after
intro movies.

Options are:
ORM = pbuffer
Multisampling = enabled
rendertargetlockmode = auto
