No subject

Wine 1.1.0.  Does that not mean that it has to be fixed for Wine 1.2.0 ?

I know this isn't the case, but closing a bug that reports 'regression' by
declaring it a duplicate of one that does not report 'regression' looks like
cooking the books to make the statistics look good.
