Exactly, it's still a Wine bug, reopening.

Just because Vista is Microsoft's reincarnation of Windows ME doesn't mean we
don't emulate its behavior. We've fixed winetest to work on Vista, and if an
app works on Vista, it should do the same on Wine when Wine runs as Vista. If
not, it IS a Wine bug.
