[Bug 16997] lotro: symbols above NPC's are totally black as is fog

I have limited C knowledge, but I asume you mean:

This fixes the icons above the npc and smoke from all angles and distance,
however it gives a few new issues, codemaster logo movie is black, background
at char select is black, underside of clouds in the sky is black.  But I am
guess that does not mather as this points you to ARBFP and that is what you
wanted to know ?
