[Bug 16997] lotro: symbols above NPC's are totally black as is fog

I got a normal play screen, just the mentioned no movie, black background on
char select and black underneath clouds.


@Stefan,

experimented a tad more with this since there are more options (depending on
your gfx card I think ?):

&arbfp_fragment_pipeline;
&atifs_fragment_pipeline;
&nvts_fragment_pipeline;
&nvrc_fragment_pipeline; 
&ffp_fragment_pipeline;

it's enough to replace "return &arbfp_fragment_pipeline;" with "return
&ffp_fragment_pipeline;", thus eliminating the others.  gives the same result
as I previously mentioned, so seems &arbfp_fragment_pipeline; is where to
search.
