RON wine 1.1.15 +d3d_shader console output

Tried with the latest wine-git but the application exits with no message in the
window nor the console, so had to settle with 1.1.15.

To get to this point I have to use "winetricks mfc42" and download Patchw32.dll
from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?patchw32
