what about mdac28 and jet40?  On #14907 nobody seemed to object to those being
installed using winetricks.

that leaves mssign32, mapi32 and riched20 - are you sure those would affect the
function of downloading data from a service?  it seems unlikely.

very well, I will not include images in my next bug report

I will also make bug reports for mapi32, mssign32 and riched being required for
install
