The attached file crashes Powerpoint 2007 for me in 1.1.16 with riched20 set to
native, builtin. My console output with the override matches what was already
posted--including the fixme:richedit:ME_HandleMessage EM_SETMARGINS: stub 

The file opens fine with riched20 set to native only, and the richedit fixme
does not appear in the console.

Note that when Powerpoint crashes opening this file, it damages the file, and
marks it as disabled. I had to redownload the file and rename it in order to
get Powerpoint to open it with the native-only override.

This is new behavior for richedit in Office 200x apps that I first noticed in
1.1.15 with Word 2003--Wine sometimes trying to load it's own riched20, even
when the override is set to native,builtin.
