I was unable to patch 1.1.11.  I guess because the latest patch file attached
to this bug is to patch 1.1.6.  do I need to revert to 1.1.6 in order to apply
this patch?  Also, the instructions at "http://wiki.winehq.org/Patching" were
extremely sparse and did not work for me.  the program "patch" needs a numeric
argument to the -l command line argument, so I had to run this alternate
command: patch -pl 1 < patch_file.
