[Bug 16328] GTA4 does not work under Wine

It fails while trying to find localized version info for msidcrl40.dll:

L"\\StringFileInfo\\040904b0\\FileVersion",0032e528,0032e520) ret=01f3de0d

The \\StringFileInfo\\040904b0\\FileVersion subblock query is not returning the
expected information.

But is getting this instead:
