DIRTY workaround which let cod5 initialize the sound

The attached workaround let cod5 initialize the sound without a crash.
Therefore you need a working XAudio2_0.dll, which also needs some registry
keys. I'll attach the regfile later. With this patch there is no sound in the
game (sound in videos is there - intro)!
