My Renegade works perfectly, using the CD version (it shows v1.002 BG-660
01/28/2002 16:57:02 on the main menu).

It slows down painfully only after applying the game patch v1.037.

Tested on Ubuntu 8.10 with wine 1.0.1 (the version included in Ubuntu) and with
wine 1.1.12.

I have a radeon x850xt with fglrx drivers version 2:8.543-0ubuntu4
