This is not the place for this discussion. Current bug-reporting policy has
been clarified and the relevant documentation referenced. Discussion of that
should be done in the appropriate forum.

This bug is dead until such time as it is reproduced from a version of
Counter-Strike 1.6 installed completely under Wine in order to eliminate
possible variances introduced by any other procedure.
