[Bug 16855] toad crashes on the query window

I've tried with ubuntu 8.04 and wine 1.1.12.

Now I cannot run TOAD anymore.
The window appears but then any control is disabled. Seems like it's freezed as
soon as it comes up. When the mouse pointer goes inside the toad window it
disappear.
The splash screen doesn't disappear too.
