I have got a .bz2 file here now which contains my .wine folder after clean
install of the 5054 winetricks and the VC#2005, and after starting up once and
compiling that project. windows\temp\*, windows\Windows Updates and the two ENU
folders in the programme files were removed as well.

Essentially it is "Windows + VC#2005" for Linux in one big file. This is 401 MB
(615 MB uncompressed).

Maybe a good way to get to testing apps quicker, if a transfer of that tree
would be feasible and recommended (and allowed at all)? At least it stands
against the VC# iso file size of 451 MB and the remaining single downloads.
