I believe that the absence of the minimize button for DVD Profiler (a Delphi
developed app) is related to this bug. Note that the minimize button was
present during recent versions of Wine, but has vanished again (note sure what
version this happened for, but the minimize button is not present in 1.1.13).

If anyone thinks that tis is a separate issue, I'll raise a new bug.
