One other thing I found (but that's actually the opposite of what we are trying
to show/fix) is that Wine gives DRIVE_NO_ROOT_DIR with GetDriveType if we have
an unmounted CD whereas Windows returns DRIVE_CDROM regardless whether there is
a CD mounted or not.

I'm trying to come up with a test for our test suite that shows the above
behavior (and maybe even a fix).
