I tried also a recent Wine from Git (snapshot is two days old now) but I am
just getting the same error.

The main problem seems to be this:

Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or
assembly 'PresentationFramework, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. Exception from
HRESULT: 0x80070002
