This (rather crappy)test passes on windowsXP for me (dutch); INTERACTIEF should
be resolved to INTERACTIVE i guess on a non-dutch windows (english)

I was able to start Keyword Corral by stubbing out "Use" to
SidTypeWellKnownGroup,
"DomainIndex" to 0, and Sids to "S-1-5-4". 

Could anyone pick this up and flesh out LsaLookupnames2 a bit, as this affects
more .net apps.
