crash log from Little Reader

Hi Jeff, any updates on the patches you sent? Could you resend them again?

This stub is also needed by Little Reader, see attached crash log. Affects
probably more .net apps. BTW, Little reader is not happy by return
ERROR_CALL_NOT_IMPLEMENTED, it still crashes. Returning ERROR_NODATA is enough
to get it going
