Setting wine to windows 98 mode for StationLauncher.exe or Launchpad.exe isn't
working for me. When I run the program, it does display a window, which says
that the Sony Launcher does not support the version of Windows I'm using.
However, the systray icon stays running, and the same exact behavior ensues: I
can't open any windows from the launcher.

So the workaround isn't working any more.

I'm using Wine 1.1.24 on Ubuntu 9.04.

(anyone have any hints on how to install EQ2 in the face of this bug?)
