result of winecfg execution

Hello.
Here's the output of:
WINEDEBUG=warn+all WINEPREFIX="/home/msilva/.wine.dic_lp" winecfg >
winecfg_output.log 2>&1
execution.
The debug log I sent before was the result of:
WINEDEBUG=warn+all WINEPREFIX="/home/msilva/.wine.dic_lp" wine D:\\setup.exe >
install_dict_pro_pe.log 2>&1

I'm using Ubuntu packages made by Scott Ritchie. As far as I could see, there's
no wine-dbg package.
Will I need to compile Wine by my own in order to get Debug Symbols on?
