Channel 4 have ceased their 4oD download service and removed the download from
their site.
BBC iPlayer have moved their download service to Adobe AIR.
I don't think I have a copy of the old .exes.

So, unless someone can provide a URL for the old download (they're basically
Kontiki rebranded), this bug should be marked abandoned.
