With max_blends hardcoded to 4 it works for me too, but leads to many lines of

fixme:d3d:transform_worldex >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> GL_INVALID_ENUM (0x500) from
glMatrixMode(glMat) @ ../../../wine/dlls/wined3d/state.c / 3551

which probably is to be expected.
