I have found a way to make it run. Can you test it please?
You better take a clean wineprefix:

Install xact and vcrun2005sp1 using winetricks.
Put these two native dlls into windows\system32:
XAudio2_4.dll and d3dx9_36.dll
Run: regsvr32  "c:\windows\system32\XAudio2_4.dll"
