Can you tell me how you did that or what I'm doing wrong?
I patched and compiled wine as described in
http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#head-7ed3c3163e2b932ee2030a48f9c5e553dc41817b

To start wine I use:
env WINEPREFIX="/home/user/.wine" ./wine "C:\Program Files\Steam\steam.exe"
-applaunch 32360

I also tried configure --prefix=/usr/local/wine, make install, and
./usr/local/wine/bin/wine as executable, but even if I set values around the
patch code to an arbitrary value like 0, the cropping remains unchanged.
