As Yaroslav wrote and as someone confirmed on the inofficial German The Bat!
Forum, this error only occurs on Wine running on OS X (current version of TB!
starts fine under Wine on Ubuntu). So this problem is only apparent under OS X
AND happens on all "bottles", including the NT based bottles that shouldn't
even have a vxd problem to begin with.

I'd also ask for reopening this bug. Please re-evaluate the problem.
