Right. That's what I meant to say. (For some reason, stuff I say often comes
out wrong...)

Well, at least someone cares, so I don't care if it's because you're getting
paid to care. I'd offer to help you guys out, but I'm not very familiar with
OpenGL or Direct3D.

Actually, yes it does. I can tell you're onto something here.

I noticed something else that might be interesting. When I first start the game
(this is with the PBO extension on), the problem is at its worst, even
interfering with gameplay. But after I played one game of RA3, I noticed that
the problem was not as severe. In fact, it was barely noticeable. I wonder
why...
