Note that this crash occurs no matter of what graphics options are selected
in-game.

Changing resolution, enabling/disabling VSync or changing options between Low
(Minimal) and Very High (Enthusiast) don't fix the crash.

Also, when a map *did* load everything was on Very High. Since then I've tried
opening that map 30 times with the same options I had then but it always
crashes.
