Internet Explorer 4 needs function shdocvw.dll.SHRestricted2W to finish it's
installation.

Without it, it fails with an unhandled exception.
Unhandled exception: unimplemented function shdocvw.dll.SHRestricted2W called
in 32-bit code (0x7b843517).
