This game doesn't seem to use DX10 at all. There is no option or anything to
change the game to DX9, even config.cfg or any config file inside game's
directory doesn't have any option to change used directx version. There is no
such option in the registry too.

The game itself does contain D3DX9_39.dll (this file is supplied by the game
manufacturer, it's not downloaded by me). So it seems that it's able of using
DirectX9, or it switches to DirectX 9 when it can't run DirectX 10 mode. It
can't switch to DirectX 9 mode though.
