Ok. Just to be sure, I'll go set up a test box for ntlm_auth testing first. I'm
happy to re-add the --use-cred-cache parameter, but the error handling needs to
be improved. So far the code assumes that we can always get the session key if
we can authenticate. That's not the case with cached credentials. Could take me
a little while.
