I can't test it on a fresh wineprefix until bug 17600 is fixed. I can tell you
that the installer for fileformatconverter fails with an msi error when I try
to install it in an existing wineprefix, but I don't know if that's because
it's an old wineprefix, the installer for fileformatconverter itself suffers
from bug 17600, or there's yet another msi bug affecting the installer.

I'll retest when bug 17600 is fixed.
