Tested current git + Mike Kaplinskiy's patch
Installing Office 2003 and Office 2007 with clean WINEPREFIX.

Same fatal error is still present:

err:msi:ACTION_CallDllFunction Custom action
(L"C:\\windows\\temp\\msi16ee.tmp":L"OfficeDataLockPermissions") caused a page
fault: c0000005
