log where freedesktop files go and provide an option to delete them

With this patch applied, freedesktop menus that winemenubuilder creates are
logged to the registry, and when you delete the .lnk files and run "wine
winemenubuilder -r" the corresponding freedesktop menus disappear.

Your menus generated before this patch was in effect can't be removed.

Also you have to run "wine winemenubuilder -r" manually, that will be done
automatically in the future.

Patch has already been posted to wine-patches for review.
