I need too google it. I have extracted netscape.exe with all necessary dlls to
my private site. So you could only to extract it and run it.

This piece of code has been tested under windows 2000.

This is a big netscape archive:

But it would be more simple to unzip my package. When you think that Bug 18961
is duplicate, that problem would be more generic and reproducible with many
Win16 APPS.
