First of all don't run Wine on root.

'cd' to application directory and run it with:

'WINEDEBUG=+tid,+seh,+relay wine info.exe &> ~/quik.log'

Then produce exception and attach log running 'bzip2' on it.

You don't have to compile it, just install it from rpm package, your version is
two months old.

Try 'winetricks cc580' to install native comctl32 and post results.
