Word automation tester source

This is very big because of WORDPIA.BIN, which resolves the reference to Word
at compile time (it is Microsoft-provided WORDPIA.DLL renamed to .BIN due to a
bug in ASPX). At runtime, the appropriate DLL is fetched from the GAC if
possible.
