Wine log in Win95 mode of Skype 4.0 setup

Skype 4.0 setup from http://www.oldapps.com/skype.php

Wine was set to Windows 95.

Clean WINEPREFIX, except for OS setting

Setup opens, Ask for license accptance, fails download, offers alternative
download, opens my native Firefox to the "Download Skype for Linux page" after
clinking button to get alternative download.
