I have Ubuntu 9.04, though I'm uncertain as to which version of Wine I have
(the download page claimed it was a beta version) but I downloaded and
installed it earlier today (29JUN2009).  So far I've only had one program
successfully run on it (ZSNESW) but I've had the same problem with Risk II. 
I'm continuing on to testing others, though I'm starting to think I may be
better off running a dual-boot system for now (I got sick of the problems in
Crapdows, and now hardly anything seems to work in Wine as well).
