[Bug 19120] RichEdit draws wrong background on some cases

It seems that not only RichEdit is affected. See three more screenshots
attached below.
4. When "Auto" is checked, Edit control with text "DIV5.CIR" is disabled. It's
correct.
5. This text becomes editable just after unchecking "Auto", but background of
the control remains gray.
6. Background changes to white when when Edit control gets focus, or after some
tricky doings such releasing window focus and returning it back to the window.
