--- Comment #15 from Maxym Kit <kitmaxter at gmail.com>  2009-06-30 20:06:10 ---
I tried to run this game on
1. native Windows machine;
2. Fedora 10 x64;
3. Windows XP as guest using VirtualBox 3.0 and Fedora 10 x64 as host;
tweaking game options in DOMO/Main/Config/ExecParam.ini.
I discovered such information:
1. game with specific options could not be started even on native Windows
machine (MOTIONPACKED=0 or MODELPACKED=0);
2. game starts and "works" under virtual machine but performance is terrible
(1-15 fps depending on scene complexity)
(http://g.imagehost.org/0319/scr_014.png ,
http://g.imagehost.org/0038/scr_015.png) (possible cause of bug #16852);
3. game could be started even in wine when TEXTUREPACKED=0 in ExecParam.ini but
no textures will be rendered (http://f.imagehost.org/0478/scr_013.png),
possibly game uses compressed textures (saw zlib.dll in game's folder and a lot
of game's error messages are printed to console) and allmost everytime game
will show black screen after login screen;
4. Using shadows leads to black screen even under VBox;
5. "working" in VBox config leads to wine crash (see attachment) right before
login screen;
6. Disabling audio in winecfg allows even to login and choose character (when
TEXTUREPACKED=0) and leads to immediate game exit (or crash, but without wine's
crash reports, as by Ctrl+C) rigth before login screen should appear (when
TEXTUREPACKED=1);

My system configuration is:
2.6.27.25-170.2.72.fc10.x86_64 #1 SMP Sun Jun 21 18:39:34 EDT 2009 x86_64
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux;
wine-1.1.24;
nVidia-190.09;
Fedora 10 x86_64;

Hardware:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ (2.6 GHz);
nVidia 8300 GS (512 MB RAM);
3.5 GB DDR2 RAM;

VBox configuration:
VirtualBox 3.0;
Windows XP SP3;
1024 MB RAM;
128 MB VRAM;
1 CPU.
