shell32,Printer_LoadIconsW and the missing icons should not the issue,
as we return always the default icon.

When the Dialog is self-made by Powerpoint, then +comboex might help to find
the bug. (dlls/comctl32/comboex.c)

A screenshoot / log would be nice
