[wined3d] fix expp shader asm instr also for GLSL

Someone should take a look if this is the right way to emulate the different
behaviour for D3D8.

I'm just passing different writemasks (WINED3DSP_WRITEMASK_3 for <vs_2_0 and
WINED3DSP_WRITEMASK_0 else) to shader_glsl_add_src_param.
