The Incredible Toon Machine also exhibits a problem relating to a missing
DIB.DRV. According to the reference page in Comment #3, DIB.DRV is only present
on win16 systems, and is essentially replaced with CreateDIBSection on win32.
Some sort of wrapper around CreateDIBSection for DIB.DRV might help ...
