Ok, I made it happen at another address ( 0xf7d0cd7f ), is it still the same
event, only with a minor difference? It goes as far as changing the screen's
resolution, but then crashes with a page fault. That's in Wine 1.1.17. Had no
luck reverting to Wine 1.0.1, the latest stable.

I have a NVIDIA GeForce FX5200, running NVIDIA's DD 173.14.09 on a Debian Lenny
64-bit. I do not run Compiz nor Beryl and the drive_c is fresh.

It does seem to be the same bug as 12013, but I can't evade it by starting the
game from its folder. It is also not intermittent.
